in 1995 with interest in manufacturing and trading of rubber compound
and related products.
RUBBER COMPOUND
On its own, basic rubber is of little use and must be formulated
to make it suitable for manufacture and to ensure dersired properties
in finish products .

Formulation
and mixing of Rubber Compounds:
All compounds with different hardness
and specifications according to need.

Components of a designated
formulation are weighed accurately into specified batches, so that
they are perfectly dispersed and homegeeous. |

Each batch is processed
through a series of heavy duty mixing system at a designated cycle
time and temperature. |

The mixture obtained
goes into an open mixer to enhance further homogenisation process.

Material is form into
slabs or strip suitable for moulding or extrusion. |

or with customer design with whatever properties are desired we offer
unvulcanised compounds with all types of elastomer.
Malaysia is one of the major producers of standard natural rubber in the
world, hence, potential customer should take advantage for the competitiveness
of NR or NR/Synthetic blended compounds or related finished products.
RUBBER MOULDING
Rubber moulded components are designed for a large variety of technical
applications in all branches of industry.
Components are obtained in certain shapes from a pre-fabricated mould,
in which they are vulcanised at the right time and temperature.
Various method and equipment are ermployed, that is either with the
use of compression, injection, transfer or others.
Ablesun produced various type of moulded rubber components either
designed by customer or by our own. |
